Chicken Wellington… Skinless boneless, chicken breast topped with fresh broccoli and mushrooms. Wrapped and baked in our homemade puff pastry, served with a white cream sauce
Pistachio Encrusted Halibut… Alaskan Halibut topped with Pistachio nuts, baked and served with our Lemon Beurre Blanc sauce (lemon, butter, and white wine)
Salmon Wellington… Salmon, with spinach cream cheese, shallots and white wine sauce wrapped in our homemade puff pastry and dill sauce on the side
Seafood Platter… 3-5oz lobster tails, 10oz of cracked king crab legs and 3 shrimp, it is all steamed
